How it works

In Admin → Tickets pick a preset to seed your Markdown reply—always edit before sending.

Common placeholders

  • {num_ticket}
  • {lien_ticket}
  • {prenom}

Ownership

Owners/admins maintain custom presets. Seeded rows are system rows: disable instead of delete.
